The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill 3192—A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §18B-16-6; to amend and reenact §18C-3-4 of said code; to repeal §30-7A-7a of said code; and to repeal §30-7B-1, §30-7B-2, §30-7B-3, §30-7B-4, §30-7B-5, §30-7B-6, and §30-7B-7 of said code, all relating to abolishing the center for nursing; repealing the supplemental licensure fee for licensed practical nurses, which funds the center for nursing; and moving the functions of the center for nursing to the Higher Education Policy Commission.
